Spray painted glass bottle

So here is the makeover of the bottle I bought this weekend at the one and only garage sale. I like it but I think I would like it more if it was a tad cuter. I might try putting some silver on it or maybe black. Any other suggestions or pictures of a glass bottle you saw that was cute I could copy. Please comment with the link.

West Elm but cheaper

I not only stalk blogs but Rate my space. There is a girl on there that I cannot get enough of her house. I want everything in it and so when she said she bought these canvas pictures from West Elm well, I googled right over there and tried to buy them. But West Elm and I had a difference of opinions on the price and they wouldn’t negotiate so I showed them……I copied and made my own, now for $25 instead of $270 I am a happy girl.

Calling all creative minds

There are so many creative people out there can someone HELP me! My style is very Pottery Barn. (Well, at least that's what I want it to be) I saw a post today that made me remember I still had these hidden in the closet. http://thehappyhomebody.blogspot.com/ I want to put them at the bottom of the staircase landing.

And since this is my first blog I figured I you might want to see some parts of my house to get a better idea of my style.
